Do I need to pay any custom duty?
It’s extremely rare. We prepay customs duties for all European Union countries and many others (a benefit few merchants offer!). The likelihood of you being charged customs fees is less than 1%.
Refund and exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase**damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
