2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$59.8. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs US$6.9.

1. “Free shipping for orders over $59.8 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
2. The shipping cost-$18 USD of the Free Product is not deductible. $18 USD including processing fee, shipping, and customs duties.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Express Shipping Time (YunExpress): 6-8 Business Days.
Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.
Wrong Shipping Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@zenandhealing.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
